Hi, I’m Sara! I am an RN and Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

It is my joy and passion to help families successfully meet their feeding goals for their babies! Breastfeeding is so much more than just feeding and I am so excited to help you experience all of the incredible benefits.
I know firsthand how stressful and exhausting learning how to breastfeed can be while trying to get the hang of motherhood and adjusting to such a life changing experience. I’m here to help bring some confidence, experience, and tips to you as you start your breastfeeding journey. Every woman needs a caring support system and I’m here to help provide that.

Even if this isn’t your first baby, each baby and breastfeeding experience can be different. I am here to help experienced mothers with any breastfeeding challenges also.

I am offering in-home private lactation visits or virtual consults in the East Valley! (Arizona).

I am a mother of two beautiful daughters who helped spark my passion for breastfeeding!

I have been a nurse for many years with the majority of those years working on a postpartum floor & special care nursery. For the past four years I have been working as a lactation consultant in a hospital setting. I have led a weekly breastfeeding support group and loved it so much that I decided to do private practice as well!

If you are cash pay, I am more than happy to give you a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance.

Initial Consult: $200
An initial consultation will include a review of your health history, assessment of you and baby. Techniques for latch and position, weight check & weighted feeds, questions about pumping, storage of milk, and any other questions specific to you & your family.

With the initial consultation price, I will include two weeks to contact me with any questions or concerns about your care plan that comes up.

Follow up visit: $125
Some breastfeeding issues need more than one visit. If more assistance is needed after your initial visit you can schedule a follow up visit.

Prenatal: $100
Sometimes you may have questions before the baby arrives, a prenatal visit would allow you to ask any questions or concerns you have.

Virtual:
Initial visit: $95
Follow up visit: $55
