Hi, I’m Sara! I am an RN and Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
It is my joy and passion to help families successfully meet their feeding goals for their babies! Breastfeeding is so much more than just feeding and I am so excited to help you experience all of the incredible benefits.
I know firsthand how stressful and exhausting learning how to breastfeed can be while trying to get the hang of motherhood and adjusting to such a life changing experience. I’m here to help bring some confidence, experience, and tips to you as you start your breastfeeding journey. Every woman needs a caring support system and I’m here to help provide that.
Even if this isn’t your first baby, each baby and breastfeeding experience can be different. I am here to help experienced mothers with any breastfeeding challenges also.
I am offering in-home private lactation visits or virtual consults in the East Valley! (Arizona).
About Me
I am a mother of two beautiful daughters who helped spark my passion for breastfeeding!
I have been a nurse for many years with the majority of those years working on a postpartum floor & special care nursery. For the past four years I have been working as a lactation consultant in a hospital setting. I have led a weekly breastfeeding support group and loved it so much that I decided to do private practice as well!
I would be honored to be a part of your family’s breastfeeding journey!

In-network with most UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
**For Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, there is a $150 out-of-pocket charge.
A $50 travel fee may apply if more than 30 minutes away.

For cash pay options, a superbill can be provided to insurance for possible reimbursement.

- 60-90-minute in-home personalized lactation + postpartum support consult.
- 20-minute Zoom follow-up (to use anytime within 30 days of visit).
- 30 days of messaging access to follow up on questions and support.
- "Beyond the breast” support for any 4th trimester needs, such as nutritional guidance, sleep support, sibling support? (questionnaire to be sent to personalize your needs).
- Your favorite coffee or drink order brought to you.
$225- Initial Consult
- 60-90 minute in-home personalized lactation + postpartum support consult.
- Review your health history, birth, and assessment of you and your baby.
- Techniques for latch and position.
- Weight check & weighted feeding.
- Questions about pumping, storage of milk, and any other questions specific to you and your family.
- 2 weeks of text support for any questions about your care plan.
$175- Follow-up Consult
- 60-minute in-home follow-up consult.
- Weight check and weighted feeding.
- Questions about your back-to-work pumping plan.
- How to introduce a bottle and pumping.
- Provide support/answer any questions or concerns.
$ 125 Prenatal Consult
- 60-minute in-home prenatal education.
- Prepare for breastfeeding and the baby’s arrival with what to expect in those first few weeks.
- Education on how to choose the right pump for your needs.
- Answer any questions/concerns you have.
$50 Virtual Consult
- If you are not local to Arizona or just have general questions, a virtual consult is a great option!
$30 a month Concierge Text Support
- Text any questions that come up throughout your breastfeeding journey. Think of it as "having a friend to message as needed".
